Turn excess inventory into life-saving relief.

SIRUM is a nonprofit dedicated to medicine donation and medication access. We make it easy for companies to donate surplus over-the-counter (OTC) medications. Instead of disposing of overstock or unsold products, you can help individuals and families access essential health products like pain relievers, allergy medications, and more -– offering real relief to those who need it most.

Why Donate OTCs?

Expand your impact beyond the medicine aisle.

Donating surplus OTC medicine not only helps individuals who can't afford essential healthcare products, but also strengthens your company’s role as a community-focused leader in corporate social responsibility.

Reduce waste, increase care.

Instead of letting excess OTC products end up in landfills or polluting waterways, you can give crucial over-the-counter medications like pain relievers, vitamins, allergy meds, and other health and wellness products to families in need, creating a more sustainable supply chain and a healthier community.

Boost employee engagement.

Employees love to be part of a bigger cause. By participating in a medication donation program, your team gets to witness firsthand the positive difference your company’s unused OTC products can make, increasing morale and pride in their work.

Tax savings for a greater good.

Your OTC medicine donations may be eligible for federal tax deductions, providing an added financial incentive to contribute while helping your company do good for the community.

Comply with confidence.

SIRUM’s donation process complies with state and federal regulations, ensuring that your company can donate OTC medications worry-free. We handle logistics and ensure your products reach reputable partners.

Be a part of a healthier future.

By donating your surplus OTC medicine, you’re not just addressing immediate needs—you’re contributing to the long-term well-being of underserved communities. Help families access the basic health products they need to lead healthier, more productive lives.
